Kitchen Head

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Kitchen Head to lead our pizza kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

2. Quality Control: Ensure high-quality food production, adhering to franchise standards and customer expectations.

3. Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve production targets and maintain a positive work environment.

4. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, minimize waste, and optimize ingredient usage.

5. Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

6. Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.

7. Menu Development: Participate in menu development and innovation, ensuring consistency with franchise standards.

8. Performance Monitoring: Monitor kitchen performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a kitchen leadership role, preferably in a pizza franchise or similar fast-food environment.

2. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

3. Certifications: Food safety certifications (e.g., HACCP, Food Handler's Certificate) and relevant local health department permits.

4. Knowledge: Familiarity with kitchen operations, inventory management, and customer service principles.
