Foodstuffs Sales Specialist – Wholesale, HORECA, Retail & B2B

GREENFOOD is an established supplier and distributor of food products serving a wide range of customers including Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Restaurants, HORECA clients, wholesalers, B2B platforms and online shops as well as Export to International Markets mainly as: GCC, MENA, Europe and Africa.
As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to strengthen our sales team with at least 5 years experienced and driven professionals.

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Sales Specialists with at least 5 years of hand on experiences within UAE Market for Foodstuff Products across Retail, HORECA, B2B, Wholesale and Online Sales Channels to actively promote and grow our food product portfolio.
The ideal candidates will have strong market knowledge, proven sales experience and an established network within the food and distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell food products to Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Restaurants, Cafés, Hotels and Catering companies (HORECA).
  • Develop and manage relationships with wholesalers, B2B platforms and online shops / e-commerce customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple sales channels.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and agreements with buyers and procurement managers.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, procurement, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of proven local sales experience in the food products or foodstuffs industry.
  • Strong experience selling to supermarkets, hypermarkets, HORECA, wholesalers and B2B customers.
  • Experience working with online shops or B2B e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of retail and foodservice purchasing processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
