SYNOPSIS OF DUTIES

• It is the Feast of the Rock Servers job to greet customers, wait on them and help them in any way possible.
• The Server will answer all questions the guests have throughout their stay in the dining room.
• The Server will always check with each guest’s tables for any dirty plates or retrieving any food and beverage that they may further request.
• The Servers are responsible for the upkeep of the establishment to ensure that everything is always filled and presentable.
• The Server will be responsible for the set-up/tear-down of all stations when opening and closing.
• Will assist with other duties as dictated by the business.
• May be required to assist in other departments when necessary or for training purposes.
• Maintain RBS Certification.
• Maintained Title 31 Compliance accurately.
• Other duties as assigned.

PREREQUISITES

General: Must be age 18 or older. Must qualify for Tribal Non-Gaming license.

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace. Must be able to perform basic arithmetic calculations.

Experience: Some experience in the restaurant business is preferred. Must be customer driven and able to reach each guest’s wants and needs and be able to exceed their expectations.

Physical: Must be able to stand and exert rapid mobility for periods up to four (4) hours. Must have a good sense of balance, hearing and vision in the normal range, ability to bend and kneel, and can lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
