Foreman

Job Summary:

The Civil & Architectural (CA) Foreman oversees and coordinates the execution of civil finishing and architectural works on site. This includes masonry, plastering, tiling, waterproofing, painting, ceiling, partition, and other interior/exterior finishes. The role ensures high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise daily activities of civil and finishing workers (masons, painters, tilers, etc.).

· Execute architectural finishes according to approved shop drawings and material specifications.

· Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and safety personnel.

· Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with architectural standards.

· Manage material deliveries, usage, and storage on site.

· Ensure finishing activities are completed on time without compromising quality.

· Prepare daily progress reports and manpower allocations.

· Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and adherence to work permits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent work experience.

· Minimum 5–7 years of UAE/GCC experience in architectural and civil finishes.

· Knowledge of finishing standards, waterproofing, tiling, painting, and gypsum works.

· Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.

· Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in commercial, hospitality, or high-end residential projects.

· Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and snagging.

· Valid UAE work permit or transferable visa.

Working Conditions:

· Full-time, on-site role with extended hours possible.

· Indoor and outdoor work; use of PPE is mandatory.

· May involve coordination with multiple trades and subcontractors.

Pay: From AED20.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Foreman: 5 years (Preferred)
