Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to oversee daily site operations, supervise workers, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in construction/fit out/maintenance projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks.

Manage a team of workers, subcontractors, and technicians, providing clear instructions and guidance.

Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Maintain daily site reports, including manpower, material usage, and progress updates. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards, and company policies.

Coordinate with project engineers, site managers, and clients for timely execution of work.

Plan and allocate manpower, tools, and materials effectively to meet project timelines.

Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.

Resolve on-site issues and report any delays or challenges to management.

Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 4 years of experience as a Foreman in Dubai (construction, interiors, or MEP preferred).

Strong knowledge of site management, manpower handling, and material control. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Familiar with Dubai Municipality regulations and site safety requirements. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Education: Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field (preferred).

UAE driving license is an advantage.
