Foreman

Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of workers on a job site to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The role requires hands-on leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication with crew members, subcontractors, and management.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in the relevant trade or industry, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, construction methods, and equipment operation.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
