Summary
The company is seeking a qualified Foreman to oversee and manage maintenance, minor projects, and process operations at offshore facilities. The role will be open to candidates from various disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, DCS, or Communication, with a specific focus on their assigned discipline.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, minor projects, and process operations at offshore facilities.
- Ensure the safe and efficient execution of maintenance tasks, operations support, and minor projects while complying with approved procedures, engineering standards, and HSE requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of technicians and operators to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and optimize workflow processes.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, project progress, and equipment performance.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of maintenance and operational procedures for continuous enhancement of facility efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Technical Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, DCS, Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the offshore industry.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, project management, and process operations.
- Familiarity with HSE regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high pressure environment.
- Detail oriented with good organizational abilities.
- Certification in relevant disciplines or safety training is a plus.
