Foreman

Position: Foreman (Civil)
Experience Required: Minimum 10 years
Location: Pune, Maharashtra.
(Across sites/projects as per company requirement)
Industry Preference: CPWD / Government Building Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities as per approved drawings and schedules.
• Manage and guide skilled and unskilled workforce to ensure quality and timely execution of work.
• Ensure construction activities comply with CPWD specifications, approved drawings, and safety norms.
• Coordinate with site engineers, planning, QA/QC, and safety teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure rectification of defects, if any.
• Maintain daily progress reports, labour attendance, and work records.
• Ensure proper usage, handling, and storage of materials at site.
• Assist engineers in setting out, measurements, and execution of civil works.
• Identify site issues, delays, or risks and report to the concerned engineer for corrective action.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and maintain discipline at site.
• Support inspections, audits, and handover activities with clients and consultants.
• Willingness to work at any site or project location as assigned by the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10th / 12th pass pass.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Foreman in CPWD/government building projects.
• Strong understanding of civil construction activities, drawings, and CPWD specifications.
• Ability to handle manpower, subcontractors, and site coordination effectively.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Basic knowledge of measurements, material control, and site documentation.
• Willingness to relocate and work across multiple project sites as per company requirement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
