Job Title: Foreman – Aluminum & Façade
Location: United Arab Emirates
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Aluminum & Façade projects

Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising aluminum and façade installation works at site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion as per project specifications and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for aluminum & façade works
• Read and interpret technical drawings and ensure execution accordingly
• Plan manpower, tools, and materials for daily work targets
• Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and other site teams
• Ensure safety rules and site regulations are followed
• Conduct inspections and resolve technical/site issues promptly
• Prepare daily progress and manpower reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE/GCC experience in aluminum & façade site works
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, doors, windows, cladding systems
• Ability to manage team and work under pressure
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
