LANDSCAPE INSTALLATION TEAM LEADER

We are a full-service landscape company specializing in high-quality maintenance and installation services, and we are seeking an experienced Landscape Installation Team Leader to join our talented and professional team.

This position is responsible for leading a crew in the successful execution of landscape installation projects, including plantings, sod, drainage, irrigation, and light hardscape work. The Installation Team Leader will ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to company quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small crew on landscape installation projects
• Execute installation plans including plantings, sod, mulch, drainage, irrigation, and related services
• Operate and oversee the use of equipment and tools safely and effectively
• Read and follow job plans, layouts, and directions from supervisors
• Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and completed to company standards
• Communicate clearly with team members and management on job progress and needs

Requirements:

• Experience in landscape installation (planting, sod, drainage, irrigation, or similar)
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and small machinery
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in all weather conditions
• Dependable and punctual – we typically work 4–5 days per week with paid overtime
• Ability to lead by example, follow directions, and work well with others
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety

Experience Required:

• 2+ years of landscape installation experience (leadership experience preferred)

• Must have valid GA driver's license

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
