Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Rebar Foreman to supervise, coordinate, and manage all steel reinforcement works on site. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate installation, proper handling of materials, and compliance with project specifications while maintaining safety and productivity.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of GCC or Indian construction experience is mandatory
• Strong technical knowledge of rebar cutting, bending, fixing, and placement
• Ability to read reinforcement drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and specifications
• Proven experience supervising rebar teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skills
• Knowledge of construction practices and safety regulations
• Ability to coordinate with engineers and other site personnel

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise rebar workers in daily tasks
• Review drawings and BBS to ensure accurate reinforcement installation
• Monitor work progress and ensure alignment with project schedule
• Check quality of reinforcement works and ensure compliance with standards
• Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors
• Manage materials, tools, and ensure proper storage and usage
• Enforce safety guidelines and report any on-site issues
