Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Steel (Bar Bending) Foreman to supervise and coordinate all rebar cutting, bending, and installation works on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure proper execution according to drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS), maintain quality standards, and manage a skilled team efficiently.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of GCC or Indian construction experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of rebar cutting, bending, fixing, and installation
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and specifications
• Proven experience supervising bar bending teams
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and rebar handling practices
• Ability to troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure timely completion

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide bar bending teams in daily activities
• Review BBS and drawings to ensure accurate execution
• Monitor work progress and ensure alignment with project timelines
• Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and compliance
• Coordinate with site engineers, steel suppliers, and other trades
• Manage materials, tools, and proper storage on-site
• Enforce safety protocols and report any on-site issues
