Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Finishes Foreman to oversee and coordinate all finishing works on site. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality execution, supervise teams, and maintain project timelines while upholding safety and workmanship standards.

✅ Requirements:

• 2–3 years of GCC or Indian construction experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of finishing works (painting, tiling, plastering, joinery, flooring, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Proven experience supervising finishing teams
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Commitment to site safety

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide all finishing crews on-site
• Monitor progress and ensure work meets project deadlines
• Conduct quality checks and verify compliance with specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and report any issues
• Manage materials, tools, and daily work activities
