Foreman -BMS

Job Title: Foreman – BMS (Building Management System)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced BMS Foreman to supervise and coordinate all Building Management System installation works on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure proper installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning support of BMS systems while maintaining quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of GCC or Indian construction experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of BMS systems (HVAC controls, lighting control, access control, sensors, cabling, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret BMS drawings, control schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Proven experience supervising BMS/low-voltage teams
• Familiarity with major BMS brands (Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider, Johnson Controls, etc.)
• Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of safety regulations and low-voltage installation standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise BMS technicians and ensure correct installation of devices and wiring
• Coordinate with engineers for system integration and testing
• Review BMS layout drawings and ensure compliance with specifications
• Monitor work progress and ensure alignment with project schedule
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and correct functionality
• Manage materials, tools, and ensure proper documentation
• Enforce safety policies and report any technical issues on-site
