Role Overview

We're looking for a Foreman/Site Supervisor with a dynamic personality to lead our fit-out and joinery operations on-site. You'll be the driving force behind quality execution, team performance, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Site Leadership

• Supervise and coordinate carpenters, joiners, and laborers on fitout projects
• Ensure work is executed per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Conduct daily site inspections and toolbox talks

Execution & Quality

• Oversee joinery installation, finishing, and fitout works
• Identify and resolve site issues proactively
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance at all times

Coordination

• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Manage material requirements and equipment on-site
• Report daily progress and challenges to management

Team Management

• Motivate and manage site teams for peak performance
• Train workers on quality and safety protocols
• Maintain discipline and productivity standards

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• On-time task completion rate - % of work completed as per schedule
• Quality compliance - Zero/minimal rework or defects
• Safety record - Zero accidents and full HSE compliance
• Team productivity - Output vs. planned man-hours
• Material wastage control - Minimal wastage and efficient usage

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5-7 years as Foreman/Supervisor in fit-out and joinery in UAE
• Strong technical knowledge of carpentry, joinery, and fit-out installations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
• Hands-on problem solver with attention to detail
