Job Description

1. Site Supervision

Supervise daily construction activities on site

Ensure work is done according to engineering drawings and specifications

Assign tasks to workers, technicians, and helpers

2. Coordination of Work

Coordinate between engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams

Ensure smooth workflow between civil, mechanical, and electrical teams

Report progress to site engineers

3. Quality Control

Inspect ongoing work to ensure quality standards

Identify defects or errors and correct them immediately

Ensure compliance with project specifications (oil & gas standards if applicable)

4. Safety (HSE Compliance)

Enforce strict site safety rules

Ensure workers wear PPE (helmet, gloves, safety shoes)

Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings

Report unsafe conditions

5. Reporting & Documentation

Daily progress reporting

Manpower tracking

Material usage reporting

Site issue escalation to engineers

6. Leadership Role

Lead teams of workers and technicians

Solve minor site problems without delay

Maintain discipline and productivity on site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RO500.000 per month
