FOREMAN-UTILITY SERVICE/WELDER

POSITION GOAL ESSENTIAL PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program.
Seven (7) years of recent experience in erecting and repairing fences, or installing and repairing carpets and all types of flooring materials, or repairing, assembling, servicing, and installing various safety and school-based equipment, or making repairs to power trains and supply systems of electromechanical equipment.
Computer skills as required for the position.
Must provide own hand tools.
Demonstrated knowledge of all phases of fence erection and repairs, or installation and repair of carpets and other types of flooring materials, or repair, assembling, service, and installation of various safety and school-based equipment, or power trains and supply systems of electromechanical equipment.
Must pass tests appropriate to certify and demonstrate competency in the job.
Must have a proper Florida commercial driver's license with endorsements compatible with the assigned duties of The School Board of Broward County, Florida.
