Reports To: Project Manager / Site Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily operations at job sites. The Foreman will lead crews, ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within deadlines, and maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers on-site
• Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
• Ensure all work is performed according to plans, specifications, and safety regulations
• Maintain quality control standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans
• Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members
• Monitor equipment usage and coordinate maintenance or repairs
• Maintain daily work reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
• Resolve on-site conflicts and operational issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
• Proven experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of construction/production procedures and equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and organizational skills

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on industry experience
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position preferred
• Experience managing crews and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously
