We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Interior Fit-Out Foreman/Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations, manage teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out works, excellent leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site fit-out activities, including carpentry, painting, flooring, partitions, ceilings, and MEP coordination.
• Ensure all work is performed according to project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, report daily updates, and manage schedules.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate on-site teams to achieve project goals.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor material usage and report any shortages or discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman/Supervisor in interior fit-out or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials, construction methods, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety standards and site regulations.
• Relevant diploma or certification in construction, interior design, or related field is a plus.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
