Job Title: Construction Foreman (Hydroseeding & Erosion Control) - Will Train Location: Jacksonville, FL (Some Travel Required) Job Type: Full-time

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Pay: [$22-$30/ hour + bonus] (Pay grows with experience)

• guaranteed PAY STRUCTURE: We value our team's stability. Even during the down season or weather delays, you are GUARANTEED 30 hours of pay per week, even if you work less (e.g., only 1 day).

What You’ll Do:

• This is a very physical industry.
• Assist with hydroseeding and silt fence installation.
• Operate various equipment (skid steer experience is a plus but not required).
• Prepare soil and job sites for projects.
• Travel for out-of-state jobs when needed.
• Help with estimates and customer interactions as you gain experience.
• Perform odd jobs during downtime (when weather prevents fieldwork).

• Requirements: Clean driving record & background (we work on government contracts).
• Licensing: Willing to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) (we will help with this).
