Responsibilities

• Supervise construction site operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards such as OSHA regulations and quality control protocols.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication across all phases of the project.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide onsite activities accurately.
• Monitor project progress, update schedules, and report on key milestones to stakeholders.
• Ensure all construction activities align with project specifications, including pipeline installation or other specialized tasks as required.

Experience

• Proven management experience supervising construction sites or teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive knowledge of construction management practices including blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
• Familiarity with contracts administration, project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control processes.
• Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and site safety protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise diverse teams effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Pay: $33.28 - $40.07 per hour
