General Foreman / Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and reliable General Foreman/ Supervisor to supervise daily site operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards. The successful candidate will coordinate workers, monitor progress, and maintain high levels of productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of site workers and subcontractors.
• Assign tasks and ensure work is completed according to project schedules.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
• Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain records of labor, materials, and site activities.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Foreman in construction or contracting projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings and plans.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Diploma or relevant technical qualification is an advantage.
