Job Summary:

The HVAC Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This role involves overseeing a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring that work is completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Must have sound knowledge of Chilled water systems (in particular Maintenance Wise)
• Must have hands- on experience in maintaining chillers (water cooled and air cooled both), Chilled water pumps, AHU's , FCU's,FAHU's, Cooling towers, condenser pump.Pressurisation Unit etc.
• Must have sound knowledge of repair and maintenance of DX AC systems including but not limited to Ducted,Decorative, WIndow, Package , cassette units etc.
• Plan, organize, and schedule HVAC installation and repair projects.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues and oversee repairs.
• Maintain inventory of tools and materials needed for HVAC projects.
• Keep detailed records of work performed, including labor and materials used.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in HVAC installation and repair.

UAE Driver's License - PREFERRED
