HVAC Supervisor

• Estimating labor costs for each project and making sure that they stay within budget limits
• Training employees in safe work practices and responding to safety concerns or accidents
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, or other construction professionals on projects that require HVAC work
• Training new employees on the company’s policies and procedures for operations such as maintenance and repair work
• Reviewing equipment maintenance schedules and ordering supplies such as filters or oil
• Planning and supervising projects such as installing air conditioning units, heaters, humidifiers, and ventilation systems
• Reviewing energy usage data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Consulting with customers on new equipment purchases and maintenance agreements to determine which option best meets their needs
• Monitoring the performance of HVAC equipment to ensure that it is operating properly and efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
