HVAC Supervisor

Position: HVAC Supervisor
Location: UAE
Salary: AED 5,000–6,000 per month

Experience: 8–10 years (UAE experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities for multiple villa projects.
• Independently handle day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed as per project schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities.
• Review HVAC drawings and specifications, ensuring work is carried out according to approved plans.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local authority standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily and weekly site reports.
• Coordinate testing, balancing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience as an HVAC Supervisor, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven experience in independently managing multiple villa HVAC projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and commissioning procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
