Forex Telesales Executive

We are a fast-growing Forex trading firm focused on providing top-tier trading platforms, educational tools, and client support to global traders. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our sales team and convert leads into active trading clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries from digital marketing, ads, or referral sources.
• Explain Forex trading services, account types, and platform features to potential clients.
• Convert warm and cold leads into funded trading accounts.
• Maintain regular contact with prospects to guide them through the account opening and funding process.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
• Update CRM with call details, follow-ups, and status.
• Coordinate with sales managers and customer support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
