The Role - Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a high-impact, customer-facing engineering role focused on solving complex business challenges through AI-powered software. You will work directly with stakeholders to understand problems, design solutions, and deploy production-grade applications. The role involves full ownership across the lifecycle from initial discovery and scoping to implementation and continuous iteration. This position goes beyond traditional engineering. You will play a key role in shaping how organizations operate by embedding technology into core workflows and decision-making processes.

What You’ll Do

• Partner closely with customers to identify and define high-priority business problems
• Design and build custom applications leveraging enterprise data (structured and unstructured)
• Develop and deploy workflows that are actively used by operational teams and leadership
• Iterate quickly, delivering solutions that drive measurable outcomes
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects, from concept through to production and optimization
• Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to ensure successful delivery
• Operate in a flexible, language-agnostic environment where technology choices are driven by problem requirements rather than fixed stacks

• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
• Experience building and deploying applications using large datasets

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders
• Willingness to travel for client engagements
• Comfortable working in a hybrid, in-person environment across global teams

Nice to Have

• Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from a Tier 1 academic group
• Experience with production machine learning or LLM-based systems
• Exposure to enterprise data platforms or similar tools
• Frontend development experience (e.g., React)
• Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark)
