Role: Founder's Office (Strategy & Ops)

Location: Delhi-NCR (Noida/Gurgaon/Delhi); hybrid possible after onboarding

Type: Full-time, in-office 6 days/week (For initial months- Hybrid)

Compensation: ₹35k - 60k/month (Based on Experience)

Why this role

Lean Protocol is a medical-first, GLP-1 enabled weight-loss platform. The Founder's Office will

help in the early plannings, and execution: ship experiments, harden operations, and remove

blockers across growth, clinical ops, and partnerships.

What you’ll own

● Execution engine: Drive weekly operating cadence; track OKRs; convert founder

priorities into projects with owners, timelines, and dashboards.

● Growth ops: Coordinate campaigns (performance + partnerships), ensure landing

pages, funnels, and attribution are live and measurable.

● People & hiring: Run hiring funnels (JD → sourcing → screening → offers)

● Founder leverage: Calendar orchestration, investor/customer prep, meeting notes →

actions → follow-through.

● Compliance & docs: Maintain versions of SOPs, consent forms, vendor contracts, and

audit trails with tidy documentation.

What good looks like (first 90 days)

● SOP coverage ≥ 80% for onboarding, clinician workflows, support.

● Hiring SLA ≤ 30 days for priority roles (sales, nutrition, ops).

● Weekly ops review live (scorecard on CAC, activations, churn flags)

Must-haves

● 3+ years in startups across growth/strategy/operations, or 1+ year in a Founder’s

Office/Chief of Staff-type role.

● Strong project management, documentation, and analytics (Google Sheets/Excel,

dashboards).

● Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and cross-functional ownership.

● Excellent written communication; crisp memo/ brief writing.

● Availability for in-person meetings in Delhi-NCR and occasional travel in Delhi NCR/

outside.

Not Mandatory but Nice-to-haves

● Healthtech exposure (clinical ops, compliance, telehealth).

● Tooling: Notion, Asana/Jira, Looker/Data Studio, basic SQL, Zapier/n8n.

● Investor updates / board pack experience.

Work model & hours

● Core hours 10:00 - 18:00 IST, Monday-Saturday half-day cadence as needed during

launches; hybrid flexibility after ramp-up.

Remuneration & ESOPs

● Remuneration: ₹35,000- ₹60,000/month (experience-aligned).
