Founding Principal (Build & Lead)

We are hiring a Founding Principal for a new English-medium private school in Matli, Sindh.

This is a builder role, not a maintenance position. The Principal will establish academic culture, recruit and lead teachers, manage admissions and parent engagement, and set up systems from day one.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Education or related field
• Experience in large-city school environments (Karachi/Hyderabad preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfort with building systems and documentation
