Join us in revolutionizing will registration for UAE expats. We're a legal-tech startup solving a massive problem: 90% of Dubai expats don't have registered wills, leaving families vulnerable to lengthy legal proceedings.
THE ROLE:
You'll conduct 7-12 consultative sales calls daily with warm, pre-qualified leads (our marketing brings them in). These are 30-45 min conversations with successful entrepreneurs, investors, and senior executives about protecting their family legacy.
In 100 calls, only 1 person gives a flat "no" people know they need this. Your job is helping them take action and choose SmartWills.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- 100% commission initially (8-10% tier), realistic path to 10-15K AED/month ( $2,700-4,000 USD) by month 6+

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2+ years consultative sales experience (B2C/B2B)
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Fluent English required. Proficiency in Hindi, Arabic, or a European language is a strong plus.
- Strong self-discipline: you prep every call, keep your CRM updated, and follow through on commitments
- Consistent performance under pressure you deliver results regardless of circumstances
- Genuine curiosity about people and their situations
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai (or already based there)
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING:
