Overview:
Additional Responsibilities (Strategic Tasks)
Qualifications:
a) Provide overall support for the management reporting for Daily, weekly and monthly analysis
b) Create, update, prepare ongoing periodic business reports
c) Working across multiple Finance functions to deliver diversified reports
d) Understand key drivers of the P&L
e) Work on key plant /region to drive business and region performance
f) Performance analysis, including explanation of variance to plan, forecast and year ago
g) Support the annual operating plan (AOP) process
h) Create Channel/Customer promotional analysis to support business partners
i) Maintain complex Excel models
j) Develop PowerPoint presentations to communicate business results and insights
k) Manage exceptions through verbal and written interactions with key stakeholders
l) Collaborate with functions on ad-hoc report & projects
m) Create an inclusive and collaborative environment

Existing Responsibilities (Executional Tasks)
Responsible for Month Closing Activities: Vol/GR Analysis & Commercial Files Actualization- Responsible for maintaining the RF Commercial Files: Updating Flavor Mix, Channel Mix, Adding new SKUs, etc.
- Preparing and Submitting Monthly Submissions: Brand NR/Brand P&L/Innovations
- Performance Letter Commercial Input (Volume & Revenue Flash)
- Insure timely reporting of BU DAPLR and number accuracy
Additional Responsibilities (Strategic Tasks)
Responsible for Mosaic Topline Upload (Vol, GR, D&A & A&M)- Lead Heavy Innovations Business Case Build-up
- Deep analysis of Topline Volume/Price/Mix
- MT/Ecom/AFM Business Cases Review and Validation
- Pack/Channel Profitability analysis
- 5+ years of experience in finance and planning
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in commerce/business administration / economic with high level of Finance & Accounting Experience. Chartered Accountant/MBA/CPA Finance is preferred
- Sound knowledge of Financial systems (SAP, Tableau, MS Office and Other financial reporting systems)
- Preferred Lean/Six Sigma Trained & having Excel Expetise
- Strong understanding of business processes
- Strong technical knowledge and experience of both Management reporting and planning processes
