FP&A Analyst

Job Title: FP&A Analyst / Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for an FP&A professional to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for US operations. The role will partner with business leaders to deliver insights, improve financial performance, and support strategic decision-making in a US GAAP environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

* Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis

* Build and maintain financial models and dashboards

* Analyze KPIs, margins, and operating expenses

* Support management reporting and executive presentations

* Partner with Accounting to ensure US GAAP–compliant reporting

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

* 5–11 years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance

* Strong Excel and financial modeling skills

* Experience with US GAAP and ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP/Oracle preferred)

* Excellent analytical and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹1,549,251.91 per year
