FP&A analyst

We are seeking a Financial Analyst II with experience in FP&A, financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and budgeting to support a high-volume healthcare finance environment. This hybrid role requires onsite training for the first two weeks and 8–12 onsite days per month thereafter.

Responsibilities:

• Support month-end close, financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Assist with operating and capital budgets
• Maintain financial systems, reconciliations, benchmarking, and audit support
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and reporting
• Work with multiple business units/entities and large financial datasets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of financial analysis experience
• Strong Excel and financial systems experience
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial operations
• Experience with budgeting, reporting, and reconciliations

Preferred:

• Healthcare finance or Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience
• Board reporting, benchmarking, audit, or financial modeling experience

Pay: $45.00 - $47.00 per hour
