Role Overview
The Finance Manager (FP&A) will own budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance, while delivering data-driven insights to support key decisions. This is a high-impact role with strong exposure to leadership, offering the opportunity to shape financial strategy, build scalable processes, and grow into a senior finance position as Koinz continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycles
  • Develop and maintain P&L statements across business units
  • Analyze financial performance and identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Build and enhance financial models to support strategic planning

Operational Finance

  • Oversee cash flow management and treasury activities
  • Partner with accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Monitor financial controls, cost efficiency, and operational performance

Strategic Finance

  • Support investment decisions, fundraising activities, and financial structuring
  • Evaluate new business initiatives, partnerships, and expansion opportunities
  • Conduct scenario planning and support long-term strategic initiatives

Business Partnering

  • Act as a finance partner to Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
  • Lead regular P&L review meetings with stakeholders
  • Translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance teams

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CFA is a plus)
  • 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Finance Management
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Experience in both operational and strategic finance
  • Exposure to multiple markets or international experience is a strong plus
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
