Senior Manager Finance

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
• Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to senior management
• Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and scenario analysis

2. Financial Reporting

• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
• Present financial reports to senior leadership with key insights

3. Accounting & Compliance

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
• Maintain compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and audits
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies

4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements
• Optimize fund utilization and manage banking relationships
• Oversee payments, collections, and financial risk management

5. Cost Control & Efficiency

• Implement cost control measures and improve financial efficiency
• Analyze operational costs and recommend optimization strategies
• Drive profitability improvement initiatives

6. Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and capability
• Establish KPIs and ensure continuous professional development
• Foster a culture of accountability and accuracy

7. Internal Controls & Risk Management

• Develop and enforce internal financial controls and policies
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure strong governance practices across financial operations

8. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Sales, etc.)
• Act as a finance business partner to support departmental goals
• Communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders effectively

Pay: From Rs200,000.00 per month

• Master's (Required)

Experience:

• Finance Managerial Role: 4 years (Required)
