FP&A Senior Analyst (m/f/d) at Halian Managed Services, Recruitment Agency & Contract Staffing - Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Our client, a growing holding group, is looking for an experienced FP&A Senior Analyst to join their team in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Lead key components of budgeting, forecasting, and long term planning processes.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business scenarios and support strategic decisions.
• Analyze and interpret financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Create and maintain management dashboards and KPI reports to track performance against targets.
• Support the evaluation of new initiatives, capital investments, and other strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA) highly preferred.
• 4 6 years of experience in FP&A, investment analysis, or corporate finance.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills; proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or Adaptive Insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders.
• Arabic speaking is a plus.
