About the role:

Reporting to the Associate Director, Business Finance you will bring your Finance expertise and efficiencies to the role in order to execute financial analysis, research, budgets and forecasts to support business plans for our Commercial Fire and Controls Business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports to develop observations and preliminary recommendations
• Develop P&L, balance sheet and cash flow analysis and projections
• Develop analysis on budgets, forecasts, inventory, and / or sales margins
• Provide interpretation of financial data in spreadsheets, charts, and reports
• Audit financial practices to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations, laws, and standards
• Conduct small-scale projects, completing ad hoc analysis
• Lead FP&A process improvement sessions

Basic Qualifications:

• University Degree in Finance
• Minimum of 3 years of finance experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or Master's Degree in Finance
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Table, Formulas, Standard Reports, etc)
• Proficiency with Power BI Dashboards
• Experience with Hyperion/HFM (or SAP)
• Experience in financial reporting and variance analysis
• Experience with Data analytics
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
