Framer Carpenter Laborer

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks. This role involves working on diverse projects. The Concrete Carpenter/Laborer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards on the construction site.

Concrete Carpenters and Laborers needed :

Duties and responsibilities of this carpenter/laborer are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe and efficient construction site while also supporting the overall project.

Responsibilities :

Cleaning and preparing construction sites. Loading and unloading materials and equipment. Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures, setting forms, digging trenches, compacting earth and back-filling holes. Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment. Cleaning all tools after pour’s and making sure all trucks and equipment are put away correctly and ready for the next job. Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans. Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties.

Our jobs are spread throughout central and northern North Dakota. Starting wages are from $23-35/hour depending on experience and attitude.Skilled carpenters will fall under a different set, yet as a smaller business we all work as a team.

Work Location: MINOT NORTH DAKOTA. Must be available for travel up to 3hrs away and occasional out of town 1-4 days with opportunity to grow.

Experience

• Proven experience in carpentry or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation is essential.
• Experience in forming structural concrete
• Knowledge of construction estimating processes will be considered an asset.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
