We are looking for an experienced Framework Manager to join our team.

Location: Doha Qatar

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years of total professional experience
• At least 8 years of experience in a similar framework/management role
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required)
• Strong leadership, coordination, and project management skills
• Proven experience managing frameworks, teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience in managing Ashghal frameworks
• Ability to oversee planning, execution, and compliance of projects
• Locally available and visa transferable
