We are seeking a Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to be responsible for an assigned portfolio of Franchisees. As an FBC, you'll be entrusted with an assigned portfolio of Franchisees, working collaboratively to establish and surpass business goals. The primary focus of a Business Consultant will be on driving success in sales, profitability, and network growth. Franchise Business Consultants will report directly to the VP, Franchise.
Responsibilities include the following:

Franchisee Engagement:
- Achieve the operations and business performance goals for their portfolio of Franchisees, as set by the organization.
- Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchisee Business Review process with Franchisees to assess performance. and to align on future goals and commitments.
- Align priority areas with Franchisee to drive the business in sales, profitability, and network growth, while delivering a safe and consistent brand experience.
- Data Analysis and Coaching:
- Develop and implement coaching plans to ensure Franchisee commitment and follow-through.
- Track and review on-going data and analytics to guide Franchisee actions toward their goals, commitments, and plans.?
- Interpret data to provide coaching and recommendations on priorities for Franchisees to address.?
- Follow up on Franchisee commitments and monitor data to check progress.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Facilitate communication between Franchisees and corporate cross-functional partners.
- Work with the Field Marketing Team on operations initiatives and promotions.
- Work with the Development Team to support procurement and Final Fit Out of New Locations
- Monitor and support the execution of local & national initiatives.
- Coordinate training support with the Field Training Team.
- Team Building and Customer Service:
- Partner across all departments in an effort to support the team in consistent execution of all systems and processes to deliver all products and services to 5i brand standards
- Support management in building a highly functional hourly team with a common goal
- Foster an environment of customer service in which all team members prioritize the guest experience
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations as needed based on the Franchisee Business Review process or other indicators.
- Complete all administrative functions in a timely manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure smooth operations of the service
- New Location Opening Support:
- Help coordinate/facilitate New Location opening Training
- Ensure all Brand Standards are met prior to opening
Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

3+ years of Franchise consultant experience in Hospitality or Retail

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Leadership and decision-making skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

Passion for hospitality, food, and retail

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Basic knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint

Pay: $100,000 - $110,000 with opportunity for annual performance bonuses
