We are expanding to meet the demands of a growing industry and are seeking driven, goal-oriented sales professionals to join our Cincinnati-based team. This is an on-site role where you’ll work closely with Leadership and our talented lead generation team to grow our franchise system and make a measurable impact. In this consultative sales role, you’ll build relationships with prospective franchise owners, guide them through the discovery process, and close deals that help them achieve their dream of business ownership.
- Strong Questioning Skills: Ask layered and “why” questions to uncover true motivations, hesitations, and drivers.

- Closing Ability: Confidently help candidates commit, even when hesitation is emotional or intangible.

- Timeline Management: Hold candidates accountable to agreed-upon steps and deadlines.

Franchising experience is welcome but not required—we value fresh perspectives. What matters most is your sales ability, discipline, and hunger to succeed.
- Manage a robust pipeline of prospective owners from inquiry to awarding a franchise
- Educate and consult prospects on the brand, business model, and ownership expectations
- Build and nurture strong relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Facilitate corporate visits and events with prospective owners
- Partner with Leadership and Operations to communicate brand standards
- Consistently achieve personal and brand sales goals
- Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience (consultative or B2B preferred)
- Experience working with small business owners, executives, or team leaders a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects in a CRM
- Professional presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident public speaking and presentation abilities
- Passion for helping others achieve business ownership
- Bachelor’s degree preferred – not required
