Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and engage potential franchise partners.
  • Present and explain franchise opportunities, including business model, investment details, and benefits.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential locations and target markets.
  • Follow up with leads, negotiate terms, and close franchise sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales progress.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support franchisee onboarding and training.
  • Represent the brand professionally at events, exhibitions, and meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or franchise sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective partners.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel locally/regionally as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Motera, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)
  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
