What you’ll do

  • Lead the Sales & Marketing business planning and management activities for the designated therapy area aligning with the set growth plans.
  • Develop and implement strategies to transform and shape the treatment of the relevant diseases.
  • Lead & Drive New Product Launches with excellence.
  • Lead a team of sales and marketing to assure the brand business objectives attainment & to identify opportunities/issues and performance for the brand
  • Lead the commercial strategy for the relevant products at AstraZeneca Saudi Arabia
  • Define brand priorities through the implementation of cross functional brand plan process, considering company alliance & SOP
  • Lead cross functionally in order to ensure the effective workflow that match with the market nature, dynamics, focusing on market access opportunities.
  • Guarantee an effective product communication, promotional supports and implementation of marketing plan in order to reach sales objectives / margins / Profits.
  • Perform market analysis (scenarios, trend, competitors, etc.) and monitor the quantitative and qualitative product perception
  • Drive innovation / digitalization; finding and implementing innovative approaches across marketing channels
  • Maintain and develop the relationship with KOLs / HCOs while aligning with Global / International projects & guidance

Required Experience:

Applicants should possess the following qualifications to go through initial screening:


  • 1+ years on the current role at AstraZeneca KSA with strong understanding of AZ ways of working, Code of Ethics, and governance.
  • Demonstrated growth trajectory in talent reviews with solid management endorsements and no critical performance or compliance flags.
  • People management /leadership skills is a must
  • Combined Sales and Marketing exposure is preferred
  • Business Insights & Customer Focus
  • Led at least one major innovative product or indication launch within AZ (or equivalent), covering pre‑launch shaping, go‑to‑market, access, omnichannel activation, and post‑launch optimization.
