Execute and support daily marketing initiatives across both properties (resorts, restaurants, spa, beach club)

Manage and monitor all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) including daily posting, stories, DMs, and comment management

Coordinate CRM activities (email marketing, database segmentation, guest journey flows) using IHG and third-party tools

Support SEO/SEM efforts by liaising with digital agencies or internal stakeholders; update Google Business profiles and assist in paid ad campaign execution

Plan and participate in photoshoots and content creation days

Liaise with operations teams (F&B, Spa, Front Office) to gather content, feedback, and campaign updates

Assist in creating basic digital content using Canva or Adobe tools when needed

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, social engagement, and digital KPIs monthly

Maintain internal asset libraries, marketing calendars, and digital content trackers, followed by using appropriate naming conventions.

Provide weekend or evening support during key events, hotel activations, or influencer engagements

Ensure alignment with IHG and Wyndham brand guidelines across all marketing activities

Support PR and influencer initiatives including welcome letters, stay coordination, and post-stay tracking.
