With locations already in Dubai and Bahrain, and launching soon in Islamabad along with more exciting destinations on the horizon, No10 Lounge is on a fast expansion trajectory. We are looking for a Franchise Manager to support this growth, ensuring consistent excellence and building strong franchise partnerships across multiple regions.

Job Summary:

The Franchise Manager at No10 Lounge will lead the development and execution of our franchise expansion strategy. This role involves identifying and recruiting the right franchisees, providing guidance and support, and ensuring operational and brand standards are maintained across all locations. You will manage projects, implement processes, and develop a capable team to grow the franchise department. This role requires the ability to market the concept, deliver professional presentations, and drive business growth, while maintaining strong relationships with franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchisee Support & Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary liaison between No10 Lounge and franchisees across all locations.
  • Provide ongoing support, advice, and problem-solving assistance.
  • Ensure franchisees align with the brand’s vision, goals, and operational standards.
  • Maintain regular communication to evaluate performance and provide guidance.

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate and facilitate initial and ongoing training for franchisees and their teams.
  • Equip franchisees with the tools, resources, and knowledge for successful operations.
  • Monitor compliance with training programs and operational procedures.

Operations & Performance Monitoring:

  • Ensure franchise operations comply with No10 Lounge brand standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct periodic assessments of performance, including financial results, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and revenue growth.
  • Analyze financial data and work with franchisees to develop actionable plans.

Marketing & Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with franchisees on local marketing strategies, promotions, and events.
  • Ensure adherence to brand marketing guidelines and use of approved materials.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide adjustments as needed.

Compliance & Legal:

  • Ensure franchisees follow all legal, regulatory, and brand-specific requirements.
  • Assist in enforcing franchise agreements and resolving disputes.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Work with business development to identify and recruit new franchisees.
  • Assist in onboarding new franchisees and supporting their launch.
  • Help franchisees grow their businesses within their markets.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare regular reports on franchise performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, agreements, and financial data.
  • Ensure franchisees comply with reporting requirements and deadlines.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in franchise management, operations management, or a similar field.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities
  • Deep understanding of franchise operations, financial management, and industry regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and franchise management software

Other Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel regularly across Dubai, Bahrain, Islamabad, and other upcoming locations
  • Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset

Work Environment:

  • Office-based work combined with travel to franchise locations.
  • May require extended hours and weekend work, particularly during franchise openings, training, or site assessments.

  • Salary: Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives or bonuses
