Fraud Investigation Officer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or professional certifications related to fraud investigation.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fraud investigation or a related field, preferably within the financial sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraud cases, including document review, evidence collection, and interviewing relevant parties.
  • Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to identify potential fraudulent activities.
  • Prepare detailed draft investigation reports outlining findings, supporting evidence, and recommended actions.
  • Maintain accurate, well-organized documentation of all investigations and outcomes.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external agencies, including law enforcement and regulatory bodies, when required.
  • Support the Fraud Investigation Manager / Head of Internal Audit in ensuring timely closure of assigned cases.
