Fraud Manager

We are looking for a Fraud Manager at HangiKredi, which is Turkey's leading platform in the banking products comparison and application category since 2006, constantly renewing itself with its dynamic and financial assistant vision, visited by three out of every four people who conduct online loan research every year.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or other related disciplines
• At least 5 years of Fraud experience and knowledge
• E-money and open banking experience
• Knowledge of payment systems, card product methodologies
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent problem solving skills and clear logical thinking
• Must have revious experience and knowledge of working within a fraud or risk-based environment with good investigative skills and excellent attention to detail
• Profound understanding of online payments processing/card products/payment platforms, methodologies
• Experience of data analysis, ability to analyze large volumes of data

Responsibilities

• Analysing and reviewing fraud risks/trends on products and services, supporting a culture where each colleague takes ownership for risk and management control
• To improve, design and help implement fraud rule sets on accounts that have different risk levels
• Stay on top of changes in fraud trends, new products and services, conduct reviews or update internal processes to stay current and understand any implications to fraud processes
• Assist as necessary in the provision of fraud training and awareness to other business areas
