Amazon PPC & Listings Growth Specialist (UAE-Based Freelancer)
We are looking for a highly experienced Amazon PPC and Listings Growth Specialist based in the UAE to manage and optimize our Amazon Seller Central account for a 1-month contract with the goal of improving listing performance, reducing wasted ad spend, and scaling profitability.
This role is ideal for a freelancer who understands both the advertising and conversion side of Amazon growth — someone who can optimize PPC campaigns while also improving listings, search visibility, and overall account performance.
About the Role
You will be responsible for auditing, restructuring, optimizing, and scaling our Amazon advertising and product listings using data-driven strategies. We are looking for someone who can identify inefficiencies quickly, improve campaign structure, and increase profitability while maintaining healthy ACOS/TACOS performance.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, while also understanding listing optimization, keyword strategy, and conversion rate improvement.
Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon PPC Management
- Audit and optimize existing Amazon PPC campaigns
- Build and restructure Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
- Conduct advanced keyword research and search term analysis
- Optimize bids, placements, and campaign structure for profitability
- Reduce wasted ad spend through negative keyword optimization
- Monitor ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion metrics
- Scale profitable campaigns strategically while maintaining efficiency
- Create weekly performance reports with actionable insights
Listing Optimization
- Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords
- Improve listing conversion rates through SEO-focused content updates
- Analyze competitor listings and market positioning
- Support variation listings and catalog organization
- Ensure listings align with PPC traffic and search intent
Growth & Strategy
- Identify opportunities for sales growth and account expansion
- Develop a structured scaling strategy for products and campaigns
- Support launch strategies for new or underperforming products
- Improve overall account performance using data-driven decision-making
- Recommend strategies for long-term Amazon brand growth
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
- Strong expertise in Amazon PPC optimization and scaling
- Experience managing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO and listing optimization
- Experience with search term analysis, keyword segmentation, and bid management
- Ability to analyze performance data and make strategic recommendations
- Experience with private label brands preferred
- Familiarity with flat files, variation listings, and account health management
