Freelance Copywriter (Part-Time)

Biosil is a science-first, beauty-from-within brand powered by our patented ch-OSA® molecule - designed to support collagen production from within. We’re redefining the supplement space with clinically backed solutions that target hair, skin, nails, and overall healthy aging. 

We’re looking for a freelance copywriter who can translate science into compelling, consumer-friendly messaging that drives both education and conversion. 

Role Overview

This role will support ongoing marketing initiatives across digital, social, email, and product launches. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to bring campaigns to life through clear, elevated, and high-performing copy. 

We’re looking for someone who understands how to balance science-backed credibility with emotionally resonant storytelling — and can adapt tone across channels. 

Key Responsibilities

• Write and optimize copy across:  
• Email marketing (campaigns, flows, promotional sends)  
• Website (PDPs, landing pages, banners)  
• Social media (captions, hooks, campaign concepts)  
• Paid media (ad copy, headlines, variations)  
• Product launches and campaign messaging  
• Trade marketing material (brochures)  
• Translate complex scientific concepts into clear, consumer-friendly language  
• Develop strong hooks and problem/solution-driven messaging  
• Support campaign ideation (naming, taglines, content angles)  
• Ensure consistency in brand voice across all touchpoints  
• Iterate on copy based on performance and feedback  

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of copywriting experience (beauty, wellness, or CPG preferred)  
• Strong understanding of DTC marketing and conversion-focused copy  
• Ability to simplify scientific or technical information without losing credibility  
• Experience writing for multiple channels (email, web, paid, social)  
• Detail-oriented with strong editing and proofreading skills  
• Ability to work quickly and manage multiple deliverables within tight timelines  

Nice to Have

• Experience in supplements, skincare, or health/wellness brands  
• Familiarity with compliance considerations in the supplement space  
• Experience writing for TikTok or short-form content  

Working Style

• Collaborative but self-sufficient  
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly  
• Able to plug into an existing marketing calendar and execute efficiently  

Scope & Commitment

• ~10–15 hours per week  
• Ongoing freelance support (potential to scale based on performance and business needs)
