Job Description
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and proactive Personal Brand & Social Media Manager to lead the growth of a high-end interior designer’s personal brand and digital presence.
This is a part-time role (20–25 hours per week) with a clear path to transition into a full-time position based on performance and results.
This role goes beyond posting content — we are looking for someone who understands how to build a brand, create meaningful content, and generate real business opportunities through digital platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a clear content strategy for:
- Instagram (2 accounts: company + personal brand)
- TikTok
- Plan weekly and monthly content aligned with brand vision
- Identify trends and adapt them into a high-end, design-driven aesthetic
Content Creation
- Capture content during in-person sessions (Miami-based)
- Create:
- Reels & TikToks (engaging, elevated, high-quality)
- Carousels (design education, storytelling, personal brand)
- Edit videos (CapCut or similar tools)
- Write captions aligned with a cool, elevated, non-cheesy tone
Personal Brand Growth & Positioning
- Build and strengthen a recognizable voice and identity
- Position the brand within:
- Interior design
- Lifestyle
- Thought leadership
- Ensure consistency across all platforms
Digital Strategy & Monetization
- Develop and support strategies for:
- Online courses
- Masterclasses
- Talks and speaking opportunities
- Digital products
- Identify ways to turn content into revenue
PR & Partnerships
- Outreach to:
- Brands (design, lifestyle, fashion, wellness)
- Magazines, blogs, podcasts
- Secure:
- Collaborations
- Paid partnerships
- Media features
Account Management & Growth
- Manage posting schedules and consistency
- Track analytics, engagement, and growth
- Optimize content based on performance
Qualifications
- Spanish is REQUIRED (written and spoken)
- English proficiency required
- 2–4+ years in social media, marketing, or personal brand management
- Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok growth
- Experience in content creation and video editing
- Strong aesthetic sense (design/lifestyle background is a plus)
- Strategic thinker — not just execution-focused
- Based in Miami (required for in-person content creation)
Compensation
- $3,000/month (part-time, 20–25 hours per week)

- Revenue generated (courses, consulting, etc.)
